Upon graduating law school in 2006, Mr. Gross was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Gross handled thousands of criminal cases at all levels, many of which were high profile matters followed by various media outlets.
